The battery pack assembly MAC PAC consists of nickel metal hydride (NiMH) battery cells, the assembly consists of 15 battery cells connected in series to produce 18VDC voltage. The assembly has a built-in safety thermostat in series with the battery circuit to prevent the battery from operating at high temperatures exceeding 70°C. The assembly also contains a battery charge control thermistor, and an externally mounted charger will terminate the battery charge based on the change in battery temperature per unit time (dT/dt) relative to the ambient temperature. The thermistor is also used to terminate charging at the maximum temperature.

Warning:

- Disassembly is prohibited: Ni-MH batteries are sealed, disassembly may cause leakage or short circuit.

- Avoid high temperature: high temperature will accelerate battery aging and even cause swelling.

- Recycling: Discarded batteries must be recycled as electronic waste and cannot be discarded at will.
