Mortara ELI 250 ECG Machine is a high-reliability backup power
supply designed for medical equipment. It uses advanced
valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) technology to ensure safe and
stable power supply in clinical environments. DJW12-2.3 battery is
the built-in backup power supply of ELI 250 ECG machine. It is an
AGM (absorbent glass mat) type sealed lead-acid battery. It is not
easy to leak electrolyte during use, so you don't need to spend a
lot of time maintaining the battery, saving costs.

1. Main power interruption support
Automatically supplies power when the external AC power is
disconnected to maintain the operation of the device (such as
ambulance transfer or hospital power outage scenarios), ensuring
that ECG collection is not interrupted.
2. Mobile medical support
Supports mobile use of the device in wards, outpatient clinics and
other scenarios, and the battery life meets the needs of a single
examination.
3. Charging management
Floating charge (2.25V/cell) is achieved through the motherboard
intelligent charging circuit, and it automatically switches to
trickle charging after full charge to extend the battery life.
When the external power supply is connected, the battery
automatically switches to charging and storage mode. When the
external power supply is disconnected, the battery automatically
powers the device. The conversion time is less than 1 second,
reducing the power outage of the device due to power supply
problems and ensuring the continuity of the monitoring process.
4. Safety in use
The battery has a built-in 4-fold safety circuit setting, including
overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short-circuit
protection, to ensure the safety of the battery charging and
discharging process and the battery life.

■ Precautions for use
1. Charging management
When the device prompts "low battery" (displayed on the display),
the battery should be charged immediately to prevent deep discharge
from causing irreversible loss of battery capacity and affecting
the battery life.
Also, it is necessary to pay attention to temperature compensation.
For every deviation of the ambient temperature from 25°C±10°C, the
charging voltage needs to be adjusted (±3mV per cell) to prevent
overcharging or undercharging.
2. Maintenance specifications
For daily cleaning, please use a dry cloth to wipe the surface of
the battery. Ammonia-containing cleaners are prohibited to avoid
corrosion of the battery interface.
Check the battery health status (such as internal resistance,
capacity) through the device menu every quarter, check regularly,
and replace it in time if abnormalities are found.
3. Environmental control
When the battery is not used for a long time, please store it after
fully charging it, and it needs regular maintenance. Recharge it
once every 3 months to ensure that the battery power is above 80%
to prevent sulfide.
Stay away from MRI equipment or high-frequency electric knife (≥1
meter) to avoid magnetic field interference with battery
performance.
