Description

The ECG measurement board (electrocardiogram measurement module) of the monitor is one of the core components of the monitor. It is responsible for collecting, amplifying, filtering and processing the patient's electrocardiogram signals and converting them into displayable waveforms and numerical values (such as heart rate, ST segment analysis, etc.).

Function:

1. ECG signal acquisition

- Electrode connection: Connect the electrode patch on the patient's body surface through lead wires (such as 3-lead, 5-lead, 12-lead) to collect weak ECG signals (usually millivolt level).

- Signal amplification: Due to the low original ECG signal-to-noise ratio, the ECG board needs to perform high gain amplification (about 1000 times) to improve measurability.

2. Signal processing

- Filtering and denoising: Eliminate power frequency interference (50/60Hz), myoelectric interference, baseline drift, etc. Further optimize signal quality through digital filtering.

- Analog-to-digital conversion (ADC): Convert analog ECG signals into digital signals for analysis by the monitor main control board.

3. Data analysis and output:

- Heart rate calculation: Real-time calculation of heart rate (HR) through R wave detection algorithm.

- Rhythm analysis: Identification of arrhythmias (such as atrial fibrillation, premature ventricular contractions, etc.).

- ST segment monitoring: Used for diagnosis of myocardial ischemia (such as ST segment elevation/depression).

- Alarm triggering: Triggering an alarm when an abnormality is detected (such as high/low heart rate, ventricular fibrillation).
