backlight board, and the display driver board realizes the
transmission of keyboard signals and the conversion of video
signals. The video signal is transmitted to the display driver
board through J16 on the X5 motherboard, and the video signal

patient parameters, waveforms, alarm information, bed number, time,
monitor status and other data. Generally speaking, the entire
screen is mainly divided into three areas: the first is the
information area, the second is the waveform display area, and the
third is the parameter display area.
Edan iM Series patient monitors can also display alarm
abnormalities. When the monitored patient's physical data exceeds
the initial set value, the corresponding parameter value will
flash, and the "*" signal will be displayed simultaneously on the
screen. Different signals represent different alarm levels, which
are mainly divided into three levels. They are red "***"
representing high-level alerts, yellow "**" representing
medium-level alerts, and yellow "*" representing low-level alerts.
However, if there is an abnormality in the technology or the
equipment, although there will be an alarm display on the screen,
there will be no "*" signal prompt.
