Removing the printer module
1. Before starting to disassemble the printer module, please remove
the battery, top cover, front shell and board stack;
2. Loosen the two fixing screws located on the rear wall of the
printer;
3. Open the printer door and take out the printer paper;
4. Pull the printer out of the printer cover;
5. Disconnect the Printer Flex Cable Assembly 3201001-005 from the
printer connection;
6. Slide the printer bezel up and away from the bottom case;
7. Remove and discard the three 4-40 × 0.312 screws from the bottom
of the printer shroud;
8. Carefully lift the shield to access the 4-pin power cord;
9. Disconnect the power module's 4-pin power cord from the
connection and thread it through the small shroud cutout;
10. Pass the 4-pin power cord and Printer Flex Cable Assembly
3201001-005 through the large shield cutout;
11. Remove the printer shield from the bottom case;
12. Lift the connecting cable and carefully remove the Printer Flex
Cable Assembly 3201001-005 from the bottom case. The cables are
held in place by adhesive, so they should be removed evenly to
avoid damaging the connectors or cables.
