1.Preparation

(1) Three leads: LA (left arm) electrode - left midclavicular line, subclavian area or upper left limb connecting to the trunk; FL (left leg) electrode - left midclavicular line, 6th and 7th intervening area or left hip; RRA (right Arm) Electrode - the right midclavicular line, subclavian area or the part where the right upper limb connects to the trunk;
(2) Five leads: LA (left arm) electrode - left midclavicular line, subclavian area or the part where the left upper limb connects to the trunk; R/RA (right arm) electrode - right midclavicular line, subclavian area or where the left and right limbs connect to the trunk ; FLL (left leg) electrode - right midclavicular line, sixth and seventh intercostal space or right hip; NRL (right leg) electrode - left midclavicular line, sixth and seventh intercostal space or left hip; CN (chest) electrode - electrocardiogram chest Lead location.

3. Setting menu

Heart rate source: Can be set to ECG, SPO2, automatic, and simultaneous. You can choose ECG or SPO2 to detect heart rate; choose to have the monitor automatically determine the heart rate source based on signal quality. When the signal quality is the same, ECG takes priority; choose both to display HR and PR at the same time, and display the measurement value of PR on the right side of the main screen SPO2. Waveform velocity trace There are three speeds: 12.5, 25, and 50mm/s. Usually choose 25mm/s.

4. Respiratory monitoring function

When discharging the electrodes, place the two breathing electrodes on the right midaxillary line and the left side of the thorax. These two places have the greatest activity during breathing and can obtain the best respiratory waves.
5.SPO2 monitoring function
Measure blood oxygen saturation. Choose fingers with good nail bed conditions. The probe wire is placed on the back of the hand. Do not place the sensor on a limb that has an arterial catheter or intravenous line, and do not place the blood oxygen probe and blood pressure cuff on the same limb.
6.NIBP monitoring function
The blood pressure cuff and monitor inflation tube should be kept unobstructed. Deflate all cuffs before measurement. Place the mark on the cuff on the appropriate artery. The cuff should not be wrapped too tightly. Do not measure blood pressure on an IV or cannulated limb. The NIBP monitoring function displays systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressure, and pulse rate; NIBP has functions such as manual measurement, automatic measurement, and midway stop measurement.
