► Brief Introduction

When the thermal head is touched by dirty hands, or comes into contact with heart cream or saline solution, it will cause missing points on the recording or reduce the intensity of the recording. Clean the thermal head with a thermal head cleaner. When setting the recording paper, be careful not to touch the thermal head with dirty hands.When the thermal head is dirty, the recording paper may be skewed. Clean the thermal head with a thermal head cleaner. After printing every 100 m, clean the thermal head with thermal head cleaner. A dirty thermal foreman will degrade the print quality. Do not use charts that have been contaminated with ECG electrolyte (heart cream) or saline as the charts will be discolored by chlorides and a contaminated thermal tip may cause missing dots. If the thermal head is contaminated, clean it with a thermal head cleaning pen. Do not clean the thermal head immediately after recording because the thermal head is still hot.

► Cleaning

To prevent the thermal head from being worn or damaged, and to ensure the best performance and long life, after every 10 sets of recording paper, clean the head surface with the provided thermal head cleaning pen.

1. Before cleaning the thermal head, turn off the electrocardiograph.
2. Press the paper magazine release button to open the paper magazine.
3. Use the thermal head cleaning pen to clean the gray part of the thermal head.
